Application

This type of Melt Flow Indexer is an affordable, new instrument designed to test the melt mass-flow rate of granules, films, filmstrips and other thermoplastic raw materials. For quality control tests on thermoplastics, this test method is particularly useful.

Features

•  High Accuracy! With a built-in microprocessor, the temperature can be controlled to within *0.5°C, with rapid ramp-up to the set point. Extruded material is automatically cut off by a built-in scraper mechanism at preset intervals, controllable to 0.1 seconds.
