Application
The GT-HPS series is designed to determine the resistance of internal pressure and short-term hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It is used to test plastic pipes and fittings in PE, PEX, PVC, PP, PB, etc. glass fibre pipes, tubes.
Features
Its own solenoid valve greatly increases its life, requiring no further maintenance.
The compact and modular design allows up to 20 independent pressure stations to be connected over an area of just 0.5 m2.
A further advantage is the low energy consumption of this system.
This pressure testing system has high accuracy no matter what size sample is connected to.

Software Features
The device comprises functions such as specimen pre-treatment, real-time monitoring, test data storage, data power-off protection (memory), and recovery while powered on.
It is intelligent to distinguish the size and material of specimen, then provide perfect pressure rising solution and algorithm.
For the pipes with big rate of expansion has the properties of rapid pressure rising rate and steady at constant pressure.
Protective measures include electric and mechanical components in addition to software.
