Application
An affordable tabletop instrument that tests the melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastic raw materials, such as granules, strips of film, etc, making it useful for quality control testing.
Features
A Touch panel allows time-saving and easy input of test parameters, viewing test execution and final results, as well as printing out test results from a built-in printer.
In both cases, melt flow rate (MFR) and melt volume rate (MVR) can be determined with a calibrated die and constant temperature.
Piston displacement monitored by encoder; storing and printing whenever necessary.
It is supplied completely with all the accessories and weights necessary for maintenance and operation.
