Application
It is a new and affordable tabletop instrument for measuring melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR) of a wide range of thermoplastic raw materials, when they are in the form of granules, strips of film, etc.
Features
Test parameters can be input easily and quickly on the instrument, as well as visual results can be seen during test execution. The built-in printer can be used to print the test result.
Melt flow rate and Melt volume rate can be determined through a calibrated die under the effect of a pre-determined force, at constant temperature.
Piston displacement monitored by encoder; storing and printing whenever necessary.
It is supplied with all maintenance and operation accessories, as well as weights.
