Application
The GT-HPS series is designed to determine the resistance of internal pressure and short-term hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It is used to test plastic pipes and fittings in PE, PEX, PVC, PP, PB, etc. glass fibre pipes, tubes.

Features
Thanks to the high pressure water hydraulic pump and big capacity pressure reservoir to ensure maximum capacity at all times.
This is a modular pressure testing system with high accuracy regardless of the size of the sample.
A self-developed solenoid valve greatly increases its lifetime, therefore no further maintenance is needed.
A compact and modular design enables up to 20 independent pressure stations to be connected on an area of just 0.5 m2.
Another benefit is the low energy consumption of this system.
Software Features
It is intelligent to distinguish the size and material of specimen, then provide perfect pressure rising solution and algorithm.
It has the features of specimen pretreatment, real-time monitoring, data storage, power-off protection (memory) and recovery in case of power failure.
Protective measures come from hardware as well as software.
For the pipes with big rate of expansion has the properties of rapid pressure rising rate and steady at constant pressure.
