Application 

It is designed to determine the resistance of internal pressure and short-term hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It is used to test plastic pipes and fittings in PE, PEX, PVC, PP, PB, etc. glass fibre pipes, tubes.

Features

1.  Circulation system for high accuracy and uniform temperature distribution. Special lid seals keep heat inside the test bath and protect against injuries.

2. Due to the excellent thermal insulation of the basic container, even when the water temperature rises to 95 °C, the outer lid is still at ambient temperature, allowing security to be enhanced and more than 70% of power consumption to be reduced.

3. Quick-release couplings and ergonomic arrangement of the manifolds make it easy to connect.

4. Structural bracing frame ensures excellent stabilizing capacity and anti-deformation capabilities.

5. Lid open: pneumatic control, opening degree can be adjusted as per customer requirements.

6. Automatic water level control, if the water level is lower than preset value, it will be re-established automatically by introducing water in a way that the preset temperature will not fluctuate too much (fluctuation is less than 0.2℃).

7. Supplying a wide selection of test bath sizes with 3 different lid systems.
