Low Pressure Hydrostatic Testing Machine With Computer Control For Tube

For testing the resistance of plastic pipes and fittings in PE, PEX, PVC, PP and PB, the GT-HPS series is designed primarily for measuring internal pressure and short-time hydraulic bursts at a constant internal water pressure at a constant temperature, as well as for pressure testing internal pressure and short-time hydraulic burst tests. Features It consists of a modular pressure test system with high accuracy regardless of what size sample is connected. The self-developed solenoid valve greatly extends the system's lifecycle, thus requiring no further maintenance. Featuring high pressure testing capabilities on large PE plastic pipes and fittings, this compact and modular design is capable of coupling up to 20 independent pressure stations over an area as small as 0.5 sq ft. Another notable advantage is the low energy consumption.

Features

  • In addition to its modular design which allows testing of samples of varying sizes;

  • it has a self-developed solenoid valve which greatly extends its working life, so further maintenance is not required.

  • Thanks to the high pressure water hydraulic pump and big capacity pressure reservoir to ensure maximum capacity at all times.

  • Pressure testing can also be performed on large PE plastic pipes and fittings through the compact design that contains 20 independent pressure stations on an area of just 0.5 m2. Another advantage of this system is its low energy consumption.
