A pressure tester that is designed for testing plastic pipes and fittings in PE, PEX, PVC, PP, PB, etc., belongs to the GT-HPS series. It determines the resistance of internal pressure and short-time hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature.

Features
Thanks to the high pressure water hydraulic pump and big capacity pressure reservoir to ensure maximum capacity at all times.
Modular pressure testing system without any need for maintenance.
A self-developed solenoid valve greatly extends its life, no further maintenance is needed.
It enables the testing of large PE plastic pipes and fittings under pressure. Moreover, the compact and modular design allows 20 independent pressure stations to be connected over a small and convenient area of just 0.5 m2.
Moreover, the system is very economical to run due to its low energy consumption.
Software Features
It is intelligent to distinguish the size and material of specimen, then provide perfect pressure rising solution and algorithm. For the pipes with big rate of expansion has the properties of rapid pressure rising rate and steady at constant pressure.
Specimen pre-treatment, real-time monitoring,, storage of test data, protection from power interruption at power off (memory), and recovery while powered on are built in.
There are electronic, mechanical, and software protection measures.
