Application
Pipes are subjected to internal hydrostatic pressure testing using end closures to seal off the sample. Maximum pressure varies with the standard, specifications, and pipe diameter.
Features
Easy mounting and perfect sealing are facilitated by the special design. Split type clamps help achieve automatic centering.
Stainless steel is selected because of its corrosion resistance, durability, and weight.
Hollow design makes it easier to observe and operate. For example, the single-end weight of DN400 enclosure is less than 50kg and the clamps weigh 7.3kg.
We introduce an air intake and drain port to drain water after we test for big diameter end caps.
This is a simple and reliable method of venting directly at the sample.
Stainless steel chain is provided to avoid the lower enclosure fall on the bottom of water thank in case of specimen fails.
