Application
A hydraulic pressure tester is used to test internal hydrostatic pressure in pipes. End closures seal off the sample to generate internal pressure. Maximum pressure depends on standard, specifications, and pipe diameter.
Features
Special design enables easy mounting and perfect seal. Split type clamps facilitate automatic centering.
Stainless steel material of excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and light weight.
It is light in weight, making it easier for observation and operation. For example, the single end of DN400 enclosure is less than 50kg, and the clamps are 7.3kg.
Venting directly at the sample is simple and reliable.
Following testing for large diameter end caps, the inlet and drain ports are incorporated for drainage of water.
Stainless steel chain is provided to avoid the lower enclosure fall on the bottom of water thank in case of specimen fails.
