Application
Tensile, pressure, bending and flexural impact tests require bar-shaped samples with specific dimensions.
A computer-controlled (CNC) test bar milling machine with installed machining programs and special clamping devices will prepare samples for all common test bar shapes.

Main frame features
A table-top unit controlled by a computer.
Equipped with a specialized sample loading device, up to five test bars can be milled at once.

Integrated large flow refrigeration pump contributes to a longer machine lifetime;

Controller Features
· The control system is based on the NCStudio control software developed under the Win7 platform, with simple interface and easy operation.
· By means of preconfigured machining programs for all common bar shapes, as well as visualization via Windows, this milling machine can be operated very easily. It can also be edited manually using CAD or other design software.
