Application
Xenon accelerated weathering chamber is used to test the plastic material to resist deterioration of its electrical, mechanical, and optical properties caused by exposure to light, heat, and water, which is very significant for many applications.
This practice is intended to induce property changes associated with end-use conditions, including the effects of ultraviolet solar irradiance, moisture, and heat.
The chamber provides the corresponding environment simulation and acceleration test for scientific research, product development and quality control. Applicable to plastics, rubber, paint, coating, ink, paper, medicine, food, cosmetics, textiles, auto parts, packaging materials, building materials, electrical products, etc.

5.7” touch Screen controller, programmable temperature and humidity lighting controller, with the functions of PID self-tuning, data recording function, man-machine dialogue function.
Easy operation! Just set the test temperature, humidity and radiation intensity on the screen, the system will be run automatically.
The optical fiber transmission is used to measure the radiation intensity of the xenon lamp, which may avoid the measurement error cause by temperature.
The whole inner liner is high quality SUS304 brushed stainless steel plate.
Ultra-fine glass fiber is introduced for insulation, effectively reduce the temperature conduction;
Thanks to the refined silicone rubber, aging or hardening phenomenon at high and low temperature will not occur on the door seal;Visual observation window is used for easy observation the whole aging process.
