Third, the proportional relief valve fails to convert the electrical signal into oil pressure and cannot form oil pressure.

Measures to solve: First of all, you can use the item-by-item inspection method to close the high-pressure ball valve, so that the oil system pressure is only related to the relief valve, and then according to the pressure gauge display pressure value can know to determine whether the failure is caused by the relief valve. If the pressure gauge display pressure value is normal, then the relief valve fault can be excluded. Can also use the theoretical analysis method, when the proportional relief valve input signal is zero, the hydrostatic pressure testing machine should be zero pressure on the master cylinder. However, due to the influence of the components' structure and other factors, the proportional relief valve has a minimum pressure. If the pressure value of the pressure gauge is the minimum pressure of the proportional relief valve after opening the high-pressure ball valve, then the proportional relief valve fault can be excluded. Through the above method can successively check whether the pilot-operated relief valve and proportional relief valve are normal, if it is not the fault of the above two devices, it can be directly identified as the fault problem of the liquid-filled valve.

Flooding or venting valve failure
