Application
It is designed for determining ring stiffness, ring flexibility and creep ratio in accordance with the applicable standards. The testers are available for samples up to 3000 mm.
Features
l The inner diameter measuring device continuously records the inside diameter deformation.
l PC-based control software enables easy operation and a clearly represented visualization
l The set test load is applied fully automatically.
l Double-column high rigidity structure.
l Advanced closed-loop AC servo control system enables the controlling accuracy and stability.
l Several load sensors connected in a bridge way will strengthen the deflection resist of big pipes, also reduce mangling rate of load sensor.
Application Software Features
1. Modularization design make the software easy to be updated.
2. Having the function of setting the coordinate and saving the graph in other formats.
3. In-line calibrating module makes calibration much easier.
4. May print out the test report with selectable parameters.
5. The software may be updated online for free.
6. Creep ratio test (Option): If equipped with XWW electric system, creep test can be realized with the function of generating test plot, controlling and monitoring the test, analyzing test datum and printing test record.
