Application

The test chamber is mainly used for the hydrostatic test of the plastics pipes under 110℃, to determine whether the sample is damaged after 8760 hours under the specified stress condition.

Using with the hydrostatic pressure tester to complete the thermal stability test under hydrostatic state.


Features

1.     Anti-shock circuit breaker design makes the automatic disconnection of the main power supply in the event of leakage of the equipment.

2.     Top drawer design not only ensures the safety of the operator when the sample is changed or added in the test process, also reduces the influence of the test environment.

3.     Block thermal bridge design: there is no direct metal heat conduction connection between the inner oven and the outer frame, which largely reduces the test energy consumption.

4.     Adopts large diameter low speed fan to circulate stirring, which makes the temperature gradient in the oven less than 1℃, greatly reducing the operating noise & making it work reliably in 110℃ high temperature environment for a long time.

5.     Anti-dry heating heater with longer service life.

6.     Built-in lamp, controlled by the switch, is equipped for easily observing the test status.

7.     60mm sandwich insulation layer not only effectively reduces the test cost, also improves the heating elements service life.

8.     The inner and outer of the oven are good quality stainless steel.

9.     A sloping drainage, located in the middle of the bottom, is designed to eliminate the water generated by the failed test station in time, largely reduce the influence on other test stations.
