Application
The resistance of thermoplastic pipes with circular cross sections to external blows is determined by this test.
Falling strikers of specified mass and shape are dropped on specified positions around the circumference of test pieces, and they are subject to blows from these strikers. The true impact rate of the batch, or production run from an extruder, is estimated.
The maximum value acceptable for the TIR is taken to be 10%.
There are two test methods--round-the-clock method and staircase method.

· The import AC servo system will guarantee the high locating precision and fast rising speed.
· It is possible to set the impact height between 50mm and 2000mm, and it can also be calibrated automatically.
· Personal safety safeguards such as specimen doors, anti-shock windows, securing striker windows, etc., are considered. Testing can only be done properly if the test chamber and window are shut.
